The court has ruled that the parents are unfit, and their parental rights have been terminated. Sadie is in a temporary foster home, and while her foster mother noted that Sadie is a generally very sweet child, she hides food in her bed and shoes and has occasional night terrors. She had a favorite teddy bear, but the authorities took it away for testing and evidence and her caseworker is trying to find a replica to no avail.
