Record the number of macronutrients someone else consumes within a day. You do not have to be overly specific. You can simply state something such as "One serving of Honey Nut Cheerios," or "A sandwich with two slices of bread, cheese, turkey, and mustard." Try to track the nutritional facts of each serving if possible.

When you are done tracking the macronutrients for the day, try to calculate a rough total. Explain to the person the amount of macronutrients they have consumed and the health benefits, along with the health dangers of macronutrients.
