This task will require you to implement at least two marketing activities from the marketing action plan discussed in Workplace Project Task 3.
To complete this task, you must:
Access and review organisational documents with information on the scope of own responsibilities relevant to implementing the marketing activities, such as:
Employee contract
Organisational chart
Review the marketing action plan discussed in Workplace Project Task 3 to identify the portions of the marketing action plan that can be implemented based on the scope of own responsibilities.
Implement the portions of the marketing action plan that are within the scope of your responsibilities.
This must include:
At least two marketing activities identified in the marketing action plan
Timeframe for each action item
At least two action items of the marketing activities
Access at least two relevant resources required for the implementation.
These must correspond to the resources identified in the marketing action plan discussed in Workplace Project Task 3.
Assist at least one relevant personnel in the managing the implementation of the marketing activities.
Relevant personnel must be one of the relevant marketing personnel from Workplace Project Task 3 to whom you assigned the responsibilities and functions to.
This must include providing assistance in:
Identifying the functions of at least one digital system appropriate to be used during implementation
Identifying features of at least one digital system appropriate to be used during implementation

Identifying the functions of at least one digital tool appropriate to be used during implementation

Review the marketing action plan implemented in Workplace Project Task 4 for the contingency plan relevant to problems that can occur during implementation of the marketing activities
Monitor the implementation of the marketing activities identified in the marketing action plan
This must include identifying:
Progress of the outcomes of the implementation.
This must correspond with the expected outcomes outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4.
At least one predictable problem that occur during the implementation
This must be the same predictable problem outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4 and in the marketing activity plan reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1.
At least one less predictable problem that occur during the implementation
This must be the same less predictable problem outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4.
Implement the contingency strategies outlined in the marketing action plan to address the problems identified.
This must be the contingency strategies outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4. This must correspond with the:
Predictable problem that occurred during monitoring
Less predictable problem that occurred during monitoring.

Part B of Monitoring
To complete this task, you must:
Access and review the marketing plan previously reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1 for information on the expected outcomes of the marketing activities being implemented.
Review the following:
Marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4 for the actual outcomes of the implementation
Actual results of the implementation of the contingency strategies in Part A.
Identify the actual outcomes of the implementation of the marketing activities
This must include:
Cost incurred
Timeframes met or not met
At least one other outcome, such as:
Profits earned
Increase or decrease in sales volume
Analyse the actual outcomes of the implementation and:
Compare it with the expected outcomes identified in the marketing plan reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1.
This must include comparison between:
Costs incurred and expected budget
Actual timeframe and expected timeframe
Other comparison, e.g. actual profit earned and projected profit
