Essay 1 - Applying the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Plan (NATSIHP) 2021-2031 in the workplace
Task: Explain how the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Plan (NATSIHP) 2021-2031 could be applied in a workplace setting to guide and inform workplace practice with Indigenous Australians. Discuss the benefits and challenges involved in applying the NATSIHP as a workplace resource, including ways these challenges could be overcome.

Task: Explain how the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Framework (Figure 5 from the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Plan (NATSIHP) 2021-2031 on page 43 of the pdf) could be applied in a workplace setting to guide and inform workplace practice with Indigenous Australians. Discuss the benefits and challenges involved in applying the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Framework as a workplace resource, including ways these challenges could be overcome.
