Social workers are often involved in helping to improve or implement local education policy. Social workers help to develop student success as well as advocate for those students in need. For this Discussion, you will research an education policy that interests you in your local school district. You will discuss with your colleagues how the policy applies to social work as well as how it could be improved.
To prepare: Research an education policy of interest to you in your local public school district.
