Case Study - Individual Assignment

- Navigate any data base in ADU library and pick up one case study in the provision of leadership and communication.
- Read the case study carefully and thoroughly
- Summarise the case study in one to four pages maximum
- Explain the reasons behind the success or the failure of the case study ( failure or success of organization leader)
- Writ down your comments and lesson learned out of the case
- Explain how the influence of the case study in your own leadership skills ( positive or negative)

Group Assignment instructions (three students for each group)

- Write no more than 15 pages and not less than 8 pages excluding the title page

- Select any topic in leadership such as (characteristics of leaders, transformational leaders, transactional leaders, leadership behaviors, leadership attitude, leadership and employee satisfaction, leadership and organization performance, leadership and innovation , leadership and communication, strategic leadership .... etc.)

- Search for not less than 6 article that has been published between 2014and 2019 in the electronic data base such as PROQUEST Develop your own paper out of these papers

Structure of your assignment paper should include
