Question: I will start doing weight training or other exercise soon, but will this make my body temperature hotter? response should include focus on body temperature homeostasis, that usually prevents body temperature from rising substantially (normal body temperature is approximately 36.5 to 37.0oC). Then, use concepts of homeostasis to explain how Julio's body temperature would NOT usually increase substantially during exercise. Ensure that you mention aspects of two or more body systems in your response (such as muscles and the brain), and clearly explain how the function of these are integrated, in contributing to body temperature homeostasis during exercise. Your response should not focus on specifics of body temperature measurements, but should focus on maintaining homeostasis.
