Problem

Describe, explain, and assess the exercises, activities, or rounds that can be use for the group description. Include two that can be used in the beginning stage of the group, three that can be used during the middle stage, and two that can be used at the end of the group.

A. Describe the activities in enough detail so a reader can envision what will happen.

B. Explain the rationale for the activities. Be sure to explain how these exercises fit the needs of the group at a particular stage.

C. Assess these activities from a real-world standpoint by putting yourself in the position of a group member. Describe how you would respond to the activities. What are the challenges, and how can you overcome them to make the activities succeed? To answer this, you can draw on your experience of observing a group session at the beginning of the course.
