Ultimately, Marcus hires an attorney at a law firm from a nearby city. Jan learned of the divorce when she was served with a divorce complaint last week. When Jan attempts to secure legal representation for this divorce, Jan cannot find an attorney in the county who has not already met with Marcus. Determine the following:

Explain how the applicable conflict of interest rules may impact Jan's access to justice in this matter.
