Question: One of the simplest ways of thinking about addictive behavior is the social learning emphasis on modeling, where we do what we see others do. Describe an example of how modeling might help us to promote change of specific addictive behavior, using at least two Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) constructs to support your explanation. For example, you might explain how social modeling can be used to promote insulin use among diabetic patients. Then discuss two constructs from the SCT which could be applied to support this change.
