Francesca is a supervisor for a small team of female and male employees at a professional human and health services organization. She has been an employee at this office for three years, and in the supervisory position for the past two years. She is known as a person who follows rules, and treats everyone fairly. Lately Francesca placed an employee on probation for violating a known company policy. The employee has received additional training on this policy and has been provide a written warning stating she may be terminated if found violating the policy again.
