Description - Please read carefully the attached documents for understanding the paper. Consider that you are promoted to director of an international and global organization that manufactures medical equipment used in heart surgeries. You were brought in to lead this division since the organization has been losing market share for six quarters. The only data available to you are customer satisfaction surveys. Explain how QFD could be used to help this company, and explain how your company proceeds if your Vice President agrees to apply QFD.

Prepare a 3-page paper (not including the required title and reference pages and any appendices you may find necessary).

Support your paper with a minimum of three current (published in the most recent five years) scholarly sources, in addition to any course textbooks, required or recommended readings, or lecture material you decide to use.

Format your entire paper according to the APA 7.
