Explain how organizations use social media in their HRM practices, using the SHRM website. For instance, part of your investigation should be checking out how Twitter and LinkedIn are being used by the HR community.

Many organizations and fields are using Social Media like they use texting, email, and phone calls for communication, learning, etc. The HR field is one that is in the forefront of this movement and you will be given hands on experience to learn in a way that can have an immediate impact on your current and future job if you take full advantage.
