1. Using the primary and secondary source(s) listed above, write a historical monograph summarizing the connection that nationalism had to World War One. Start by providing a definition of nationalism as it occurred in the latter half of the nineteenth century.
2. Then, explain how nationalism connects to World War One. Be sure to provide an explanation of how World War One began, using what you learned about nationalism to help your analysis of its connection to the war. You do not have to explain World War One in its entirety. This is something that we will analyze in our next module.
