Outline and explain the four aspects of being critical described in Mingers (2000) framework. Explain how key insights from reflective organisation theory perspectives help you to become critical of an organisation with which you are familiar through personal experience. You may find it helpful to use Mingers (2000) framework for critical learning to structure your argument . for example, you might structure the discussion in the following way: how does a critical theory (reflective) perspective help me/us to critique sources or instances of rhetoric, tradition and authority, and/or claims to objectivity within a particular organisational context? In developing your argument, you can connect your discussion to related/relevant critiques as developed in the journal articles youve read for tutorials. To conclude, highlight some of the difficulties involved in being critical of organisations of which we are part. The Mingers (2000) article and relevant textbook chapters will be helpful to you in developing your argument in response to this part of the question.
