Hello, I am working with the Marketing and Communications Team to develop three SMART goals for our new client's social media strategy. I've never had to write goals before, but have worked in other similar positions that used social media strategies. I guess I just don't understand why we need to create SMART goals. Can't we just create a strategy that seems to fit our needs? If we really do need to create goals, can you please explain why we need to use them, how I go about creating them, and what SMART goals should include? Any resources you have to help me would be appreciated.
