Question: A 45-year-old male patient presents to the ER after noticing that over the past few months, he's been experiencing easy bruising and weight gain in the abdomen. The physician enters the room and immediately notices that the patient has a moon face, buffalo hump, and hyperpigmentation. The physician takes his vitals and sees that the patient's BP is 152/100. The physician asks the patient about his clinical history and the patient tells the doctor that he was diagnosed with Lupus a few years ago and has been taking exogenous steroids to treat it. The physician runs some tests and has diagnosed the patient with Cushing's Syndrome. Answer the following questions below. \
