Scenario:
You are an administration officer working at a small business of 50 employees. You have been asked by your manager to produce the following three documents for staff.1.A document outlining how and what to do when finding a fault with any technology equipment.
Explain how accessing a user manual, online help or helpdesk support helped you with this task.
2.A document that outlines three key points to implement when setting up safe and healthy work station.
3.A document that outlines how to save and store work documents:
a)Give three recommendations for what should be included in a file naming convention.
b)List one place where it is appropriate to save work documents
c)List one place where it is not appropriate to save work files.
