Question: Explain generically what KSB's (knowledge, skills and behaviours) managers and leaders need, but explain why some KSB's may be different from each sector e.g., private sector managers will need to have a wide knowledge of their organisation, but public sector like the NHS wouldn't need medical knowledge for example.

Need examples for private, public and non profit sector. For instance, ethical leadership is good for public sector managers (NHS) or visionary would be good for private sector and explain it as an example
