Quality Management Systems (QMS) require organizations to prepare different types of document for the purpose of systematically managing the systems. There are four different levels of QMS document and these documents must be properly controlled.

a) Identify and explain four different levels of QMS document. Provide relevant examples to support your answers.

b) All QMS documents must be controlled. Justify the statement by providing reasons for the control and relevant examples to support your answers.
