Customer Expectation Report
In this paper, students will select an organization and assess the retail operations in terms of customer expectations.
First, select a retail operation with which you are familiar. Next, determine from course materials at least five typical customer expectations that involve the supply chain. (For example, the focus is not on the products themselves, but on how conveniently you can learn about their value, find them, purchase them, and return them if necessary.) Finally, assess the retail operation in terms of how well it satisfies the customer expectations you selected.
Required Elements of the Customer Expectation Report:

Determine from course material or external sources at least five typical customer expectations that involve the supply chain (For example, the focus is not on the product, but on how conveniently you can learn about their value, fin d them, purchase them, and return them, if necessary);
Assess the retail operation in terms of how well it satisfies the customer expectations you selected.
Required Formatting of Customer Expectation Report:
This report should be double spaced, 12-point font, and two to three pages in length excluding the title page and reference page;
Title page;
Write in the third person;
Use APA formatting for in-text citations and reference page. You are expected to paraphrase and not use quotes. Deductions will be taken when quotes are used and found to be unnecessary;
Do not use wiki files;
Submit paper in the Assignment Folder as an attachment.
