Explain extensively using the ORID model, the leadership skills of the team lead of six (6) consultants that embarked on a project of improving the operational processes of Liquor Landmark stores which is a food and beverage retail business outlet in Vancouver, British Columbia and majors in selling of premium and unique spirit drinks. The processes to be improved include: Cash handling, inactivity of social media platform and not having a website for running of the business.

The ORID model format should be answered as follows:

1. The Objective phase should establish the facts and introduce any data sources that are behind the project.

2. The reflective phase should help team members to identify or context their own situation to the subject objectives or learning outcome in questions.

3. The Interpretive phase should provide additional information or the opportunity for further questioning that helps participants of the team to learn further about the subject and identify what it is that may be important to them in respect of the subject matter.

4. The Decisional phase should help draw conclusions and also be able to document what future actions may be taken by people given the discussion that has already taken place in the objective, reflective and interactive phases.
