There is growing body of evidence that suggest that the higher the market orientation of an organization, the greater its profitability. Given this:

1. Read all the articles in your reading material which cover the topic of market orientation.

2. Explain exactly what a market orientation is, and why it is important.

3. Analyse a local (Vietnamese) organization of which you are familiar. Using the market orientation literature, determine how market oriented the organization is. You may want to consider interviewing staff/customers. Based upon your findings, make recommendations that will help the organization improve its market orientation
