A) 1). List at least three characteristics of positive people and three of negative people. List at least three ways a person can earn respect from others. Explain your responses

2). Explain how your dress can have on others' perception of you. Give some examples of a specific situation (personal or business) where how someone dressed influenced others. How would you respond if a coworker dressed unprofessionally?

3). Explain empowerment, responsibility, and accountability. What do these three things have in common? Why would some employees resist empowerment? Why would some managers resist empowerment?

4). You are a new employee, explain the importance of an employee handbook. Explain also the pros and cons of getting paid more money vs getting medical and dental benefits.

5). Discuss the importance of good communication in the workplace. Give examples of both good communication and bad communication you have observed. What effect did each have on the situations?

B). Reflect on the mirror words 1) successful 2) social 3) loved. Also, reflect on what we have learned in this course and how we believe it will or will not affect our future career plans.
