Assume you are a training director for a large retail organization. To increase your training budget for next year, you have to make a persuasive argument to convince other members of the organization of your need for an increase in resources. An important part of your argument will involve proving the need for and importance of several training programs. Describe how you will argue that it is important, the impact it will have on employee attitudes and behavior, the benefits it will have for employees and the organization, and how it can help the organization gain a competitive advantage.
