Question: Imagine that you are the human resources (HR) manager at a company. The company you work for is trying to determine whether it would be better for its employees to be compensated using a merit-based pay plan or an incentive-based pay plan. As the HR manager, it is your responsibility to explain each pay plan to your company's board of directors and voice an opinion about which one you feel would work best for the company's employees. In addition, you must explain your choice.

Create a PowerPoint presentation in which you define each type of pay plan and explain the similarities and differences between them. Also, you will express an opinion about which pay plan would work best and why you feel this way.

Your presentation should consist of no less than 12 slides, not counting the title slide and reference slide(s). Any references used, including your textbook, should be cited and referenced using APA formatting.
