Dr. Goodchem found a substance in the lab labeled Orange extract. He keenly realized that he could extract Citral from the extract. Therefore, Dr. Goodchem took 20.0 grams of the Orange Extract and performed a steam distillation. At the end of the distillation, Dr. Goodchem observed that he had extracted 15.5 mL of Citral. If the density of pure Citral is 0.888 g/mL, what was the % composition of Citral found in the Orange extract.
