Create a discussion response to I evaluate how well I can explain complex health concepts to others, especially to patients with diverse levels of understanding. I seek input from colleagues, patients, and mentors to identify areas where my communication or understanding might need improvement. It is crucial for me to reflect on situations where understanding health information felt challenging. As a new nurse I have had struggles with medical terminology and navigating the healthcare system. I must assess whether inconsistently access reliable, evidence-based sources of health information. I once volunteered to participate on an event where I needed to take blood pressure and blood sugar readings to people who attended the event. I had to do patient teaching where the numbers were elevated or needed their attention. The challenges I faced was when I had to convinced them to go to the nearest hospital because their blood sugar or blood pressure were extremely high. Some patients did not understand the urgency of the situation. At the end of the day, I had the opportunity to demonstrate my leadership abilities by taking charge of the situation if something urgent needed to be done, responded to all the questions the patients had,
