For this task you are required to explain communication protocols developed in Task 1 to two team members (could be your classmate, work colleagues, or family members).

When you explain the communication protocols, you must :

1. explain key points of message (Task 1 Step 5) that your team members need to communicate to Bounce Fitness' fitness instructors and clients.
   • ensure your team members understand the messages and can deliver them positively.
   • present the information in a succinct, clear and persuasive manner.
2. explain how your team members should communicate the message to Bounce Fitness' fitness instructors and clients.
   • motivate them to communicate respectfully and consider needs of others from diverse backgrounds.
3. use variety communication styles relevant to your team members
4. provide two examples where there could be communication challenges and provide mentoring to your team members on how to address them. Note: You could conduct role play or show them YouTube videos on the topic.
