Part I: As a prewriting strategy, fill out the Communication Context Worksheet for a set of instructions you will create for your colleagues, detailing the procedures they will follow while participating in your transformative employee volunteering program.

Part II: Thinking back to your original proposal, use the guidelines you've learned this week and your completed Communication Context Worksheet to complete a 1 to 2 PG. procedural document. Include a brief introduction and a set of instructions for employees who will participate in your workplace volunteering program.

• Your introduction should be concise, but provide enough detail, so your readers understand the volunteering opportunity, its value, and what is being asked of them.
• Be sure to fully explain the procedures your colleagues will follow while volunteering in your program.
• In your instructions, make sure you use Jarvis's Alert, Orient, Act approach to inform your volunteering opportunity instructions.

Note: The submission link allows you to submit one file. Both Part 1, the completed Communication Context Worksheet, and Part 2, your procedural document, should be in a single file. Copy and paste Parts 1 and 2 to combine them into one document.
