Question: You are interested in buying a house. From the yard, you see that the roof looks old. You ask the seller if the roof leaks and you are assured it does not. In fact, you are told that the roof was replaced two years ago. You are a bit suspicious but believe that the seller is honest.
After a week of living in the house, it rains, and you hear tin drip sounds emanating all along the ceiling.

You look in the attic, behind some old furniture, and discover five (5) pots collecting water dripping in from the roof in several places. Worse yet, you see a family of squirrels living near a hole in the roof.
