Business Policy and Strategy
The purpose of this activity is to develop a research taxonomy related to the Strategic Management process. With this assignment, you are to investigate scholarly theories related to Strategic Management. You are encouraged to utilize the Research Database found in the CSU Online Library . This database will allow you to quickly search through thousands of journal articles.
The object of your taxonomy is to identify at least ten separate and distinct theories related to our topic. With those theories in hand, you are to develop an annotated bibliography that includes the following components:
Summarize the theory with a brief overview of the import concepts and components.
Analyze how the theory applies to the topic of strategic management.
Assess how each separate theory you provide builds upon or conflicts with other theories you have provided in your taxonomy,.
Final taxonomy should include article link or reference, follow APA guidelines, and be no more than five pages in length.

HRM: How will you convince management to try your ideas - Suggest ways you might begin to make difference, even with a small budget.
Explanation of how HR works with management - How does the department manager work with HR to ensure an accurate reflection of the skills and experience required through these three processes?
HRM-related technologies in your organization and Potential influence of annotated bibliography findings on current state.
If engaged as a consultant on organizational/HR issues - how would you specifically advice or coach a manager who had such a tendency?
Importance of a Human Resource Strategy - Why do you think having an HR strategy is important for a company
Show the importance of confidentiality and privacy in setting up and maintaining human resource files describe and discuss in detail the laws that impact records management
What are the major issues affecting health care today and what is the role of human resources relative to those issues?
