(1) Maslow's hierarchy of needs (2) Equity theory (3) Expectancy theory (4) Reinforcement theory (5) Goal-setting theory. Apply your selected theory to illustrate how you are motivated to succeed as a University student.

· Describe & explain 1 of the five theories listed: (pp. 227-238) from MGMT4

o You should choose the theory you are most familiar with that will allow you to show you understand how it can be used to motivate you with your studies.
