BSBHRM524 Coordinate workforce plan implementation Task
In this activity, you will have to submit a presentation slides and a briefing document.
In the presentation slides, you must include all required discussion points and proposed outcomes for each of the following;
a) Explain and present each of the proposed objectives and strategies in Section 2 of the report
b) Present proposed associated workforce activities in Section 3 of the report, to support the implementation of the objectives
c) Seek approval for the Proposed Workforce Plan
d) Convey information using language, format and style appropriate to audience
In the briefing document, you will have to write a briefing base on your presentation slides and demonstrate the Roleplay Script for the Roles below by following the Outline of Roleplay Script and instructions.
