The research paper needs to be on performance appraisals. I need the research to be from 7-9 scholarly sources. Please do not spend a large percentage on the paper defining the topic rather, define the topic, identify facts and statistics on the importance of the topic in business today, provide examples and/or case studies to support your ideology, and finalize your thoughts. Each paper will typically be 8-10 pages long and will require the following:
a. Title page
b. Abstract (200 words)
c. Introduction of Topic
d. Integration to real world, text, and/or learning material
e. Provide examples, case studies associated with the topic
f. Finalize thoughts and paper themes
g. Summary
h. Reference Page
