The blind employee also has special computer equipment. Your friend is very upset about how much this costs. Your friend complains that he doesn't get any special treatment or equipment. He finally says, "I am sick and tired of him and all these other characters getting all this special help and I get nothing." What should you tell him as a human resource professional?
