Question: Lites Inc. has about 120 workers. Ron has worked for Lites for 12 years in the production department and makes $1000 per week. He is often late for work but his bosses ignore it. Ron also phones in sick on Fridays in the summer to get longer weekends, and the bosses know he is not sick, but they do nothing. She told Lites she can only work 3 days a week because of the children. Lites told her that she could work 3 days a week, but she would have to start at 6:00 a.m. and work until 7:00 p.m. on those three days. Mary said she couldn't work those long hours. Lites said that was all it could do for her, so she quit. Mary has contacted a lawyer and plans to sue.
