Ltd. which found by Harry, and Memory in 2015, is a manufacturer producing computer, printer and device such as Desktop computer, fitbit and laser printer and headquartered in Hong Kong. After five years of growth and expansion, the company has developed into the market leader in the region with its core competence in design and manufacture computers and printers. For the last five years, their core products are line printer (decline stage, contribution 20%, sale 5%), Notebook (maturity, contribution 50%, sale 60%). However, because of the recent surge of both local and global demand, H&M decided to focus on its core competence and develop new product.
