The transformation was successful, however, when my plate with 10 uL did not show any colony growth, whereas, my 200 uL plate showed colony growth. Both the E. Coli came from the same culture but I am not sure why the lower concentration of E. coli + plasmid did not show any colony growth. Can someone explain a possible source of error for this?
