Lagers and ales are two different types of beer. A lager is typically fermented at a temperature of about 5oC, while an ale is typically fermented at a temperature of about 20oC. If you wanted to produce a beer with a high ethanol content, all esle being equal, should you strive to produce a lager or an ale, and why. Give both a qualitative and quantitative explanation for your answer.
