What is the treatment mean square?

What is the mean square error?

How many groups are included in the study?

If there are equal number of observation in each group, then each group consists of hw many observations?

I'm not sure if you would use this formula to find the answer:

MSt =SST/ p-1 and MSE=SSE/ (p-1)(b-1).

If not which formula would you use and why? Can you please should me step by step how to calculate the answer.
