Natalie has been experiencing unpredicted difficulties breathing, chest pains, and tingling in her face and hands for a few months now. She was referred to a Psychologist by her primary care physician after being unable to find a medical explanation for her symptoms. Natalie reportedly has difficulties sleeping, concentrating and excessive worry. She has an overwhelming fear of having another attack, that she has begun to avoid unfamiliar places and people affecting her social life.
