Question

Chakra, a 49-year-old male, is experiencing shaky hands and muscle stiffness. In the office, the PA also notes his stooped posture. Tests reveal a deficiency of dopamine, which helps confirm a diagnosis of Parkinson disease. Since there is no cure, Chakra is unhappy and indecisive about taking his prescribed medication (levodopa plus carbidopa or Sinemet).
