Question

The states he has been experiencing intermittent chest pain, dizziness with activity such as walking, and palpitations. He states this has been getting progressively worse. His daily activity consists of a morning walk. He used to be able to walk on a flat surface at a brisk pace for about an hour. Now, he is only able to complete 25 minutes at a slower pace with a 1-minute break every 7 minutes or so. He then goes to the senior center but finds he cannot participate in the exercise activities. He usually visits grandchildren in the evening but finds he is too tired to do this. He has also been sleeping on the couch because sometimes getting up the stairs is too taxing. What exams will you perform on Mr. B. and why.
