A 68-year-old Caucasian male is experiencing increased frequency of urination with urgency for the last five days, along with dysuria and nocturia. He has been diagnosed with prostate hyperplasia, UTI, and lithotripsy left kidney 10 years ago. He is currently taking Rosuvastatin and Olmesartan for his condition. He has no known allergies. The patient is well-developed and has no acute distress. His vital signs include atraumatic, normocephalic, PERRLA, EOMI, arcus senilus bilaterally, conjunctiva and sclera clear, nares patent, nasopharynx clear, edentulous.
