Peter and Emily Johnson are wishing to travel to Africa for their 10th wedding anniversary. They want to experience the wildlife and stay in a Game Lodge for part of their trip. They would also like to include South Africa, but don't want to travel to more than two countries. They are looking at departing in 3 months time, and want to be away for around 2 weeks. They will be departing from Sydney. They would like you to suggest an itinerary including 3 star hotels.

Make sure your portfolio includes the following:

1. List the most direct transport option from Brisbane and approximate duration.
2. Advise what the climate will be at this time of year.
3. What considerations need to be given in relation to health, safety and security if travelling in this area? Include in your portfolio any websites you could advise your customer to check prior to departure.
4. Cultural - what cultural activities can be undertaken at your chosen destination? Are there any special features or history of the host community (the locals)? What is the cultural mix of the destination?
5. Currency - advise what currency Peter and Emily should take with them.
6. Accommodation - include hotel details, the cost per night and why you recommend these hotels. 
7. Game lodge - include the Game lodge you have chosen, the location and features.
