Question

The purpose of this assignment is to provide nursing students with hands-on experience in accurately measuring and recording vital signs. This activity will enhance their skills in assessing a patient's physiological status and help them develop proficiency in documentation. Additionally, this assignment aims to familiarize students with normal and abnormal vital sign ranges, determining expected potential causes of abnormal findings, and recognizing expected findings in diverse situations. For this assignment, you will be taking the vital signs of 5 different patients. Each patient will have a different set of instructions for when to assess and reassess their vital signs.
