You are the manager on duty at a very busy restaurant and bar. You're short staffed but are able to help by expediting, bussing, and even hosting during the rush.
As you are walking guests to their table, you hear a commotion in the kitchen. Because kitchens are typically loud, you don't pay attention to it and continue to speak with the guests and seat them.
As you are seating the guests (table of 6), one of the cooks runs up to you and says, "you better get to the kitchen, there's a fight and it's getting ugly!"
When you enter the kitchen, it's a disaster, pans on the floor, utensils everywhere, and the chef and sous chef are yelling at each other and look like they are about to have a fist fight.
When they realize you are in the kitchen, they both turn to you and say the other is at fault and they are quitting if you don't fire the other person.
