Read The Engineer of 2020: Visions of Engineering in the New Century [1]. Identify the expected attributes of engineers in the year 2020 and, in a report, identify how those attributes can be developed and maintained through various lifelong learning mechanisms.

The report should be 2-3 pages in length (double space, 1" margins on all sides). You should include all appropriate references in your report (does not count toward total length). You are to work individually on this exercise. With the exception of the formatting requirements given above, the report format must follow the guidelines given in "Preparation of Papers for IEEE TRANSACTIONS and JOURNALS". This document is provided on the class website. You may work in teams of 2-3 for this exercise.
