Part - Establish the project team (This part may take up to one week) This project phase involves recruiting a project team and establishing clear expectations for collaboration with the working group.
1. Recruit a small project team (1-4 team members)
- Encourage your colleagues to join a small project working group focused on enhancing dementia care. You can do this by advertising the opportunity, reaching out to potential candidates, or seeking volunteers to participate.
2. Define the group objectives and work processes Using the template 'P3_Establish the Project Team', document a clear set of expectations for collaboration with the working group. This can be completed during your initial meeting with the newly formed team and should include:
- the team's agreed-upon purpose
- communication protocols within the team
- methods for team communication with key stakeholders
- the frequency of team meetings
- procedures for providing feedback and addressing concerns and risks in alignment with the organisation's brand, values, processes, and policies.
